I haven’t blogged in a while so here is an update.
Casey is taking me to Mexico next week! Hooray! I love international adventurers, and this will be my first in some time to a non-english speaking country. It is only five days for my birthday but it should be a well deserved break. I hear that I will be having a few drinks at the pool bar.
Brian our Innsitters husband is helping us fit out the office. It is about half done and looks amazing! The menagerie wall for the dog , cat and fish is nearly complete and he has already finished one of the large built in bookcases.
We had an offer on the Inn the other day and although it is not for sale, everthing is for sale at the right price. However with having everything slowly being tailored and perfected to our needs it is going to be very hard to leave, whenever that may be. Realistically I can see us living here for a very long time. Ideally we would also have a little retreat up in the San Juans. However we shall wait and see how things pan out a little more.
If it off to Sorrento for Casey;s mothers birthday today. Franco made me gnocchi the other night and it was to die for. So I have asked for it again but with a white sauce this time.
