I am sure Casey will document this in detail. However let me put in my two cents for historical purposes!
So we pull up to the sparkly new pediatricians offices. To be be greeted by the sight of three of their staff smoking near the driveway. Not very appealing. then to make matters worse it was not our regular assistant, she was friendly yes, but stunk of smoke. It was off putting and made me feel ill.
So when the marvelous Dr Harvey arrived, about half way through I made the point of letting her know that as not very nice way of arriving at her place, or greeted by second hand smoke. She thanked me for having a whinge, and noted that she hated it too. However we the ridiculous politically correct employment laws they could not fire someone for smoking. even when they bring their foul smelling second hand air in to a place babies and kids are (let alone me).
Anyway she was great about it!
So Lauren was great. Had fun. She didn’t complain about the 3 shots and liquid vaccine. She really is a little trooper, a pooper trooper to be exact!
