What did you eat today?
Breakfast: What seems like a ton of supplements and the shake with a banana thrown in. It tasted ok, without the banana it would have been pretty awful
Lunch: Spaghetti squash with fresh tomatoes, basil and garlic, asparagus, carrots, mushrooms, grape seed oil.
Dinner: Dinner roasted vegetables, mashed sweet potatoes, green beans, broccoli, butternut squash
Other: a snack apple for desert
How are you feeling? : I feel pretty decent. A coffee sounds good.
Did you experience any physical effects? : Maybe a little nausea, a little bloated. Nothing I can’t cope with.
Are you doing any other purification techniques? No
Exercise: Hour long yoga class. Mowed the lawn.
Additional notes: It would have helped today to not be woken up early by some moron wanting to book a room. I also weighed myself on my scales, although weight loss is not my primary goal it would be a nice addition. I came in at 229 pounds and 28% BMI., which for BMI I think is not too bad.
