Day Two : Cleanse

What did you eat today?

Breakfast: I started the day with the shake with a banana again.

Lunch: Broccoli, Red Peppers, Carrot, sauted in grape seed oil.

Dinner: Stuffed Acorn Squash (with lentils instead of beans)

Other: An apple for a snack

How are you feeling? : Tired, I need a nap, but whether that has anything to do with the cleanse I am not sure.

Did you experience any physical effects? : Headache probably from caffeine withdrawal

Exercise: Ran around after two two year olds.
