I am completing a Cleanse

Ok, so this fat bastard needs to loss weight and lower his blood pressure.  Life may be short but I want it to be a lot longer than 36 years. So my chiropractor who is really in to alternative holistic practices, suggested I do the Standard Process Purification Cleanse. Or basically 21 days of veges and fruit and supplements and not much else.

Each day I am asked to complete a journal which I will do on my blog. I will answer the following’

What did you eat today?

Breakfast

Lunch

Dinner

Other

How are you feeling?

Did you experience any physical effects?

Are you doing any other purification techniques?

So I expect it to be somewhat difficult but not too bad. After the first 7 days I can add in chicken and fish. I can always do brown rice. Vegetables are at a ratio of 4:1 to fruit. Then there are a bunch of supplements and shakes (which I can add fruit or veges too).

The hard part will be no caffeine (coffee), which I am working on drinking less of for a few days. We will see how that goes, but it is important to stick to it.

I plan to start on Monday, October 4th. 21 days later I will be a new person.
